I have worked in talent management consulting and leadership development for 25 years representing companies like J&J, Google, Amazon and Visa to name a few of the world’s top organizations. My true passion, second to my family, is coaching C-level Executives to embrace and enhance their leadership talents and integrate strategy as they take their department or company to new heights.
This passion led to me author “The Talent Manifesto” which explores organizations’ faster cycles of disruptive change, whether they can recruit develop and retain talent better and faster than their competitors. I have lectured at University of Colorado - Boulder, Harvard Business School, INSEAD, Macalester College, University of Minnesota, New York University, University of Southern California, and Texas A&M. These Universities have been using this book to drive the insight that they wish their students (Business School, HR, I/O Psychology) had in year one – it knits together the teachings of ALL other classes and leverages 30 years of experience from working at the highest level of world class organizations.
